Beth Cullen

I am an anthropologist and independent consultant, researching team dynamics in interdisciplinary crop improvement collaborations and social inclusion for agricultural development.

My role within the ORC was as Research Information Officer and involved developing Agricology and conducting research with farmer knowledge platforms for OK-Net Arable to facilitate knowledge exchange among farmers, farm advisers and scientists in order to increase the productivity of organic arable cropping in Europe.
