Steeped in cross-sector UK rural issues and a practicing rural chartered surveyor over 30 years, I founded my Environmental Dialogue Broker service to curate people, moderate conversations and provide diplomacy services to help navigate towards action on the ground. I’m also a broadcaster, letter writer (a few in The Times) and tough interviewer of Messrs Gove, Monbiot, Batters, Goldsmith, Juniper etc. Having lived in west Scotland, England, Wales and Shepherd’s Bush, I now live with my family in the Black Mountains with a few acres of pasture and a non-grant-aided 27 species mixed species woodland.
