Event Overview
The Soil Association’s board of organic producers would like to invite you to a regional meeting. They want to meet and hear from you, and to share what the Soil Association and the board are focussing on.
The SA’s Organic Producer Board representative in Wales is Haydn Evans. Haydn and Helen Browning, SA Chief Executive, will be hosting a get-together at Rhug Estate, Corwen, Wales, on Monday 9th March, from 12pm til 3:30 pm approximately.
Agenda:
- 12 noon – Arrival
- 12:15 pm – Discussion over lunch
- 1:30 pm – Farm walk
- 3:00 pm – Further discussion and Q&A
- 3:30pm – Close
Haydn and Helen will be joined by:
- Katrin Hochberg, Director of the Farming and Land Use Team
- Andrew Tuddenham, Head of Policy in Wales
- Karen Fisher, Farming Advisor and Lead for Wales
- Alberto Serra, Certification Officer
Please come and join this event for a good discussion and some food and meet the board member who represents your interests. Bring family, friends and neighbours along, whether certified with SA or others, or not certified.
The event will include a farm walk so please bring appropriate footwear.
