Stewardship Demo Evening at Pilsgate Farm

Oakbank and Yara are holding an open evening to demonstrate the results of their stewardship seed mix and crop nutrition trials.

There will be an informal tour of the trial sites, along with a review of the latest results and their practical application on the farm. There will also be time to discuss ideas and current challenges over drinks and refreshments.

Oakbank will cover:

  • Stewardship mixes and environmental area management
  • Establishment techniques and timings
  • Correct seed mix for the correct option

Yara will cover:

  • Sustainable nutrition from seed to harvest
  • Increasing nutrient efficency
  • Use of micronutrients and biostimulants
