Wales Real Food and Farming Conference
An independent conference on sustainable food and farming.
The Wales Real Food and Farming Conference was established to explore sustainable food and farming, bringing together farmers and other food businesses, environmentalists and people involved in public health, food education, food sovereignty and social justice.
Its aim is to open conversations and take positive steps about the future of food in our country, mapping out a sustainable 21st century food system for Wales and how we might begin to build it.
Llysfasi is one of Wales’ leading centres of land-based education, and we are very much looking forward to visiting the college – and bringing the Conference to the north-east of Wales.
Opening the first day will be Sarah Dickins, organic farmer and former BBC economics correspondent, now working with Wales Net Zero 2035. Other speakers will cover a wide range of policy and practical topics.
