New Women in Agriculture Network Launches

A brand-new Women in Agriculture Network has launched across the UK, offering a dedicated space for women in farming to connect, support one another and build their careers. An online community is now open, with events and webinars already under way.

Farmers Weekly and MA Agriculture are delivering the Network, with sponsors including NFU, Nestle, Coop, Noble Foods and HSBC.

The aim of Network is to celebrate the vital role that women play in farming, and to support member’s career progression, network-building and personal growth. This will be achieved through a mentorship programme, webinar series, in-person events and an online community.

This network builds on the momentum of the National Women in Agriculture Awards, which launched in 2023. The awards highlighted the incredible breadth of talent and innovation among women in the sector, and the network provides a year-round space to continue these important conversations.
