NEW online training course: Becoming LEAF Marque

LEAF (Linking Environment And Farming) have announced that their new ‘Becoming LEAF Marque’ online training course is now live, as part of their ongoing commitment to providing growers with the tools and training to support their journey to becoming LEAF Marque certified.  

This flexible and self-paced course is designed for producers, certification bodies, consultants or anyone interested in knowing more about LEAF and the role of IFM in implementing more sustainable farm management practices and the LEAF Marque certification process.

Initially available in English, the training course we will also offer Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese versions early next year.

Key topics covered in ‘Becoming LEAF Marque’ include:

• What LEAF is, our membership types and what they offer.
• The LEAF Sustainable Farming Review (LSFR), how to use it and how it fits into LEAF Marque certification.
• The core principles of Integrated Farm Management (IFM), and its nine sections.
• The LEAF Marque Standard and how to prepare for a LEAF Marque audit.
• The LEAF Marque certification process, its key components and requirements.

How much does the course cost?

Access to the course costs £150 plus VAT – users are given 4 weeks to complete all the modules.
