Driving Sustainable Livestock Farming: From Research to Reality

Date : 9th October 2025 | 9:30 am - 3:30 pm
Venue : Chatton Village Hall, Old Road Chatton, NE66 5PX

Join LEAF to look at practical solutions for enhancing nitrogen use efficiency, improving livestock health, and building more resilient, sustainable farming systems.

Hosted by the Renner family, at North Bellshill Farm, one of LEAF’s longest-standing Demonstration Farms, this free event will explore insights from the pioneering Nitrogen Utilisation Efficiency Legumes (NUE-Leg) Project and how it aligns with both LEAF’s Integrated Farm Management (IFM) and the Renner’s data driven approach to continuous improvement.

Rooted in generations of farming experience, Renner Farming blends productive, practical farming with a strong commitment to environmental care – offering a powerful example of sustainable livestock production in action.
