Drawing on their experiences from expanding production beyond their original market gardens, Adam and Ash will discuss how to, and whether to, scale up your production systems. They’ll cover some of the external considerations when looking at growing on more land, the economics of different production systems, routes to market, and some of the technical aspects of how they scaled up their vegetable enterprises.
