Join soil expert Liz Genever & veterinary surgeon Tom Hume as they discuss ways to improve the health of your stock & your soil health. Pasture for Life with RCF Environment Workshop, a free programme that aims to help farmers integrate environmental management into their business.

Continuing with the Royal Countryside Fund Farm for the Future series of workshops, this event looks at two key factors in your livestock business. How to best manage your grazing and arable practices to improve soil health and how to manage your livestock to reduce inputs and increase the health and productivity of your animals.

The event will take place in the Rutland village of Uffington, with part of the course held in the local village hall before moving to Liz’s farm to see some measures for assessing and improving soil health in place.
