Ruth Hancock, Fresh and Green. For the past twenty years Ruth has grown a year round supply of vegetables for the box scheme that she runs in East Devon. Operating on a seven acre growing site of sandy loam, with some protected cropping, she utilises a combination of tractor mounted implements and hand cultivation.
