A farming family and a rural upbringing encouraged my interest in land management, but my passion for nature and country sports led me to study environmental and behavioural biology.

Vicky Robinson is Head of Sustainability at Agricultural Industries Confederation prior to this she was the Director, Technical at LEAF

My passion for agriculture stems from my love of plants. This took me from my childhood vegetable patch on the outskirts of Glasgow to study Horticultural Science at the University of Reading.

Alice is the Assistant Manager at the Allerton Project and works across all streams including the farm, research, training and partnerships.

I joined the team at the Organic Research Centre and Agricology after a long stint working as an organic grower based in the northwest

I work for the Organic Research Centre (ORC) from my base in Lower Teesdale, Co. Durham. I co-ordinate, create and edit the content (ranging from the library of resources to videos, blogs, podcasts and farmer profiles), working closely with researchers, farmers and others from within the industry.

I am a freelance writer, editor and communicator with 35 years experience of organic farming as a grower, researcher and adviser, primarily in the UK. I have a wealth of experience in the field of organic agriculture, horticulture and genetic resources.
