This research, led by the Woodland Trust, Horticulture Trades Association (HTA), National Trust, and Royal Horticulture Society (RHS), identifies the barriers holding nurseries back and sets out clear, evidence-based recommendations for government and industry. With the right support, domestic tree production could expand by 45%, create nearly 10,000 new jobs, and safeguard Britain’s green future.
